Hello friends, I hope this finds you well!

The past semester was full and wonderful, getting used to student life and having less time for projects outside of studies. The piece above is my final project from the drawing class I took. Unlike most of the projects in that class, this time a lot more freedom was given to explore mediums and work with whatever subject matter I wanted – but in grayscale, which I had never explored much in my own work before.

Now that I am on winter break, I have more brain space to think about my personal projects, painting and otherwise (crochet or cupcakes, anyone?). It is a much needed lull in routine, and I hope you get to enjoy a pause over the holidays as well :)

When: Friday, January 2nd, 5-7 pm.

The show is a collection of pieces, some old and some new, that reach for the warmth and light of spring even as we are surrounded by midwinter.
